The challenge
Kordicepsas.info is the official Fohow distributor in Lithuania, selling cordyceps elixirs, supplements, massagers and wellness textiles. Its old website was dated and could not sell: it showed the products and a contact page, and every order had to be arranged by phone or email. Customers speak Lithuanian, English or Russian, and most of them want to understand a product well before buying it.
What we built
- A real online store on WooCommerce. Customers browse, choose a pack size, pay and get a confirmation without anyone having to answer the phone.
- Online payments through Paysera, with a bank transfer option for those who prefer it.
- Delivery the way Baltic shoppers expect it: parcel lockers of Venipak, Omniva, DPD, LP Express and Smartpost, chosen on a map, plus the post office and pickup in Vilnius.
- Three languages, each with its own addresses and properly linked for search engines.
- Product pages that answer questions: pack sizes as clear buttons, sale prices, quality certificates, delivery terms and questions and answers under each product.
- Search, filters, reviews and articles, so buyers find the right product and read about it on the same site.
- Customer accounts, promotions and GDPR-compliant cookie consent.
The result
The shop went from a contact page to a store that sells on its own: customers in three languages choose, pay and pick a parcel locker at any time of day, and the client's team manages products, prices and articles themselves. It runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with a custom theme designed around the brand, built to stay fast and safe to update.
